1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the FundingLinQ platform ("Service") operated by Iron 88 Group LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FundingLinQ is a platform that connects borrowers seeking funding with potential lenders. We act solely as an intermediary and facilitator of introductions between parties. We do not provide financial advice, lending services, or investment recommendations.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of FundingLinQ, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information about yourself and your projects
  • Not circumvent the platform to contact other users directly without proper introduction
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Introduction Process

All introductions between borrowers and lenders are made exclusively through FundingLinQ. Users agree not to circumvent the platform or contact other parties outside of our introduction process. Any fees or commissions associated with successful introductions are governed by separate agreements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Iron 88 Group LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to:

  • The accuracy or completeness of any information provided by users
  • The suitability of any borrower or lender for a particular transaction
  • The outcome of any investment or lending decision
  • The financial stability or creditworthiness of any user

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Iron 88 Group LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Iron 88 Group LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Kitts and Nevis, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
